    @imeldahl Yes. Should be able to do a typical plank for 60s. The video has addl drills that are useful for warm-up/conditioning.

    @hailsatan666 Will be difficult to get the full effect because of the TRX pivot point drawing the straps tight against your arms. If you can find a way to keep the straps shoulder width apart where they are attached with some kind of spacer, then you'd be close. Found this which shows you how...
