@forfamily We’ve had Squat Cleans already so I can’t see Grace. We’ve also had DB Snatches so not expecting BB ones. I think we’ll see Thrusters …. Fran? We’ve had C2B but not regular pull-ups.

@forfamily This would make sense, they’ve got a CBS window around that time so it would make sense to highlight “quintessential” CrossFit

@peapot4242 If it makes you feel any worse. I think it was 2015. They introduced the peg board for the workout that espn had the coverage of. Nothing like showcasing the sport with a movement half the field seriously struggled with.

Not saying it wasn’t a great test and great as a cf fan to see. It just didn’t look great for the showcase on national television
