21/15/9/5/3/1 Rep Scheme

Just for the hell of it, I did this rep scheme while doing a WOD at home the other day:21/15/9/5/3/1. It was kind of fun. That last 5/3/1 is really frantic and I think the key is to focus on fast transitions. Try to make that last "1" as perfect a rep as possible.

In case you're wondering, I did it with:
  • Strict dumbbell overhead press
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Hollow rocks
But it works with anything, really.
 
@seekinggod96 This is the kind of rep scheme I would excel at. I am fast at transitions, and I usually just cruise until the last round or two and then hit the gas. That last 5/3/1 would a mad house
