About to become vegan... but..

@breko I don't know much about B12 supplementation other than you need it, I just get mine through a multivitamin. I also take a flax oil and algae oil supplement although these aren't necessary. You can get plenty of Omega 3's though ground flax and your body can convert the ALA to DHA. I just take the supplements as a little extra safety net, especially because of how much I train.
