So i started the gym a week ago and for now i ve been doing an arms routine( i know i know leg testosterone but i want big hands since my legs are already big)

10 minute treadmill incline 2.5 speed 7 km
5 minute stairmaster level 9
Triceps press 3 x 12 23kg
Low row 3 x 12 23 kg
That triceps exercise where you pull down with that weird cord typa holder 3 x 12 13kg
Bicep curls 5 kg in both 3 x 12
Exercise with the same dumbbells but holding them above my chest 3 x 12

Am i doing it wrong or is it somewhat okay?

@joannekay I mean you don’t even have compound exercises. Just some random tricep and bicep exercises. If you are going to ignore chest back and lower body, then just stick to cardio and improve your endurance.

@joannekay Start by going to FitWiki and read all of it, ALL OF IT. There are several easy digestible articles on training, diet and routines. The FAQ page will probably answer all your follow-up questions. Then pick a program from the recommended routines, preferably the beginner program . Go on YouTube, and you will find several videos on how to perform the different exercises. If you want do add some cardio (as you should), you will find proper cardio- and conditioning routines here.

I would start with the following articles:
