Am I expecting to lose or gain gains?

I've been training for almost 2 years with this workout:

3x a week, Chest-triceps, Back-biceps, Legs. W weights and some w no weights, but I saw so much results, became a unit basically.

Now I want to switch up things: 3x a week, Legs I'll do polymetrics only maybe sometimes w weights and for the rest of the body It will be a mike tyson workout, situps, squats, push ups, dips, barbell shrugs. Of course I won't be doing 2000 squats, I workout 2 or 2.5 hours so what I can do will be done in that time period. (All with bnly bodyweight till failure, except shrugs w 24kg)

Now from this switch how much gains I'm about to lose or gain?
 
@dbmj Purely depends on your genetic disposition. but by switching it up aka muscle confusion you’re guaranteed to see results as your muscles are not doing the same thing now and will will begin to grow more.
