I've been training for almost 2 years with this workout:
3x a week, Chest-triceps, Back-biceps, Legs. W weights and some w no weights, but I saw so much results, became a unit basically.
Now I want to switch up things: 3x a week, Legs I'll do polymetrics only maybe sometimes w weights and for the rest of the body It will be a mike tyson workout, situps, squats, push ups, dips, barbell shrugs. Of course I won't be doing 2000 squats, I workout 2 or 2.5 hours so what I can do will be done in that time period. (All with bnly bodyweight till failure, except shrugs w 24kg)
Now from this switch how much gains I'm about to lose or gain?
