@bux72 It’s an awesome program: my favourite part of it is that it’s brutally hard when you’re in it but I’m always excited for the next workout. I’ve never had that before.
Also I’m injury prone as hell (ex rugby) and haven’t had one issue to end of week 5. Also very little next day soreness which really blows me away as the volume can be big.
