@bux72 Great results! Thanks for posting, I’m am in the middle of dry fighting weight (trying to lean out) going to run Joe’s program after.

It’s diverse enough to not be boring but consistent enough to get results and get better at the movements.
 
@caseydy22 Cant wait to help. Its very good at changing body structure depending on the nutrition you follow.

Example you can lose fat if you want but lowering calories or carb cycling or gain mass by pounding food if youre a hard gainer.
 
@bux72 It’s an awesome program: my favourite part of it is that it’s brutally hard when you’re in it but I’m always excited for the next workout. I’ve never had that before.

Also I’m injury prone as hell (ex rugby) and haven’t had one issue to end of week 5. Also very little next day soreness which really blows me away as the volume can be big.
