Apply Giant 3.0 to pullups and dips

@dawn16 Monday, Wednesday, Friday ...the giant 3.0 and legs.
Tuesday and Thursday.... the giant 3.0 applied in supersets to pull ups/dips, ring rows/ring push ups.
 
@whitney5388 Probably? It's just a simple low rep scheme. I would probably want longer sets on dips or rows.

You could do 10x5 (or some similar rep scheme) and probably get a similar result.
