Cut out the duration of HIIT and add HIIT to post workout, probably post upper body day. Convert the Rest day into LIIS with core work and some mobility like hip flexors and 90-90. I might have 3-4 full body sessions, 2 LISS+core+mobillity and one complete rest day.
