@stronglady Far out mate, chat gpt is doing good :-o.
  1. I'd personally either do upper-lower or full body.
  2. Cut out the duration of HIIT and add HIIT to post workout, probably post upper body day.
  3. Convert the Rest day into LIIS with core work and some mobility like hip flexors and 90-90.
I might have 3-4 full body sessions, 2 LISS+core+mobillity and one complete rest day.
