I don't have any heavy weights, only 8 pounds from shoulder workouts. I was wondering if anyone could suggest something. I'm pretty strong, can squat 245 but my legs have minimal fat. I can lift around 180 and deadlift around 280 in a lot of reps. Max was 360.
