C section and CrossFit

@flowful I had a c-section last May, and returned to working out after my OB cleared me around 6 weeks. I first started with just walking the treadmill or riding the bike. After a few weeks I returned to class, but I heavily modified weights. I didn’t do anything ab related until about 12 weeks pp. Looking back, I wish I listed to the pelvic floor recommendations. I’m currently doing an ab recovery program! Just take it slow and listen to your body. Around 6 months pp I felt like I was 100% back to normal.
