It’s in Russian but basically she manages it with 4 blocks of 2 exercises a day focusing on different muscle groups. It’s very beginner friendly but challenging at the same time. I would be completely wiped after each session and the next day I had sore muscles everywhere lol
I like that you don’t need any equipment and it’s completely possible to do it at home,
