@richster Ahh makes more sense I would consider if I may two quad movements a leg extensions and so.e sort of squat pattern like a Hack squat or Leg press for hammoes I would consider having only one as that's all ypu need and two is sorta overkill but if you enjoy doing seated hammie curls and rdls then that's the most important thing same.
