Can someone recommend me a good 2-3x/week routine?

I’ve been doing Kinobody on and off for a few years now. Focusing on fasting and Reverse Pyramid Training. I got great results in the beginning but I fell off the wagon since we had our baby. I’m still in decent shape, but I’d like to change it up a bit.

I would say I have a “skinny fat” kind of body. 5’7” 165lb. Male. 31 y/o.

@garchris It’s great for people that are short on time or don’t want to spend all day in the gym. I normally am able to finish my workout in roughly 50 minutes or so. He has a YouTube video explaining why the routine works, and what to expect. The program costs money, but I think it’s worth it.

@garchris There are lots of programs. Pick one that you like the look of and stick to it. Natural Hypertrophy on youtube has quite a few (Full Body Hypertrophy, Free Novice Hypertrophy, Baki Hamna programs, Superman Aesthetics, Kratos novice program, Silver Era program).

Here are a few other ones:

@garchris Hypertrophy Specific Training (HST). Ive ran it numerous times over the years. Always gained some decent size on it. Im doing a more strength-focused routine right now tho - Andy Baker’s Baker Barbell 5x5. Really enjoying it so far. 3x per week. Another good one is Madcows 5x5
