The training montage from Rocky is famous for the straddle one arm pushups with a flared elbow at 0:50, and dragon flags appear in Rocky IV. In this Jackie Chan scene there is a pistol squat at 0:56.

For cartoons and anime this scene from Avatar shows inverted situps, free handstand pushups on the floor and half reps of one arm pullups.

For videogames, in the Assassin's Creed series you can do muscle ups. Here is a cool video with consecutive reps street workout style.

In general many videogames have climbing animations for walls and overhangs. In real life the fastest techniques are level 4 of this and this, while in games you can see all kinds of variations from realistic to unrealistic.

So share the scenes you found the most interesting, especially if they contain real representations of hard skills instead of faked impossible stuff, but either way if it looks cool feel free to share. Examples of realistic and unrealistic climbing animations and muscle ups from video games would also be interesting to see. Please provide the video link if possible.

Gymkata, Azula from Avatar doing bent arm planche, animation of Batman weighted pullups and full planche and other stuff, Goku and Vegeta doing one finger handstand pushups in Dragon Ball Super, top of a front lever row in the Resident Evil film, another video of Jackie Chan in Drunken Master, featuring weighted inverted situps with full pike compression, Front lever and handstand pushups in Street Fighter - Assassin's Fist.

I'll add more only if I'm not lazy so make sure to check out the comments for more stuff not listed here.

@gregoth The main actors are literally the inventors of parkour. David Belle and Cyril Rafaelli. It and the sequel are great brainless action films, have both on DVD and watched them at least tens of times at this stage.
