Custom Paint on Rogue E-Coat?

If I wanted to add paint to color code my Rogue E-Coat bells what kind of paint would be best? Their pre-painted ones weren't available when I bought these

@apparition Color code a few magnets and stick those on.

@apparition Seems like so many of them are enamel coated. The ones I have that are, have a great finish. I'd probably look for a fillable primer that is compatible with spray enamel. Scuff up with some emory cloth, Clean well with mineral spirits, follow directions for the primer and enamel.
