@poolchick3 I think you got nice muscle tone. You may see your arms as skinny or small due to body dysmorphia. My sense of self and perceived body image changes everyday I see someone else in the mirror. Some days I like myself and other days I don't

I am not tracking my protein numbers but based on a rough estimate, about 100 grams per day. My weight has been constant for about 2 months now (151 lbs).
@poolchick3 Yes, bicep, tricep, and shoulders generally look proportional. But your forearms look slightly smaller. Ill tell you directly im far from an expert though, im just trying to give my opinion, i may very well be wrong
@pixeloriousspriteson I have a training plan. I work out 3-5 days a week. I don't have a strict nutrition plan though. I mostly focus on not gaining weight and as of late, I haven't been eating more than 100 g of protein.
