I live in a small room with a roommate and we’re looking for basic workouts we can do while watching tv from our twin beds! Lmk if y’all have any ideas lol
@sonaz Buy 2 dumbbells of 10 kg each (the good ones with rubber end and steel mid). Search for dumbbell exercises. You can do multiple beginner exercises with 2 dumbbells which will cover most of your body muscles.
@sonaz Pushups and sit ups are pretty standard exercises you can do anywhere and may be added resistance when you’re in bed. I was thinking the smith machine but that might break the bed and those big exercise balls don’t seem to safe on a bed cause you might fall off. I guess just be careful and practice safe exercises in bed, that’s all I can really say.
