Fitness Routine Advice

Hello, I have been fasting for a little over a month now. I would appreciate some help. My daily routine is to work from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, and I eat lunch between 1:00 and 1:30 pm. Once I get home, I do a 45-minute to 1-hour workout mix throughout the week with elliptical and some lower body some days, and others I do some HIIT. About an hour after working out, I eat dinner between 6 pm and 7 pm. I usually don't eat anything after. After eating 3 - 4 times weekly, I will Sauna for 30 mins.

Some insight: I currently weigh 240 lbs and am 5'10. I aim to get to 200 lbs, and I still need a timeline.

I currently don't take any supplements, and I would like to start taking amino acids, Vitamin D, and a Multi-Vitamin.

I don't know what I should be taking with my current schedule and when. I am all ears. What do people think I should do differently, or what supplements should I take? I want to take at most 4-5 supplements daily. I'm not trying to get ripped just feel better.
