Fun twist on the Armor Building Complex

I’ve been doing Dan Johns Armor building complex for a while as my warm up / daily minimum workout but to break up the monotony I came up with a twist on it that I thought my be fun to share. Basically it’s the same idea of:
  • 2 Cleans 1 Press 3 Squats & EMOM but the rep numbers shift over on the following minute.
So the 2nd minute you would do:

3 Cleans , 2 Presses , 1 Squat

3rd Minute you would do:

1 Clean , 3 Presses, 2 Squats

4th minute you’re back to 2, 1, 3. And I repeat that for 9-12 min EMOM

Not sure if this is already been invented or posted here and I’m sure some of you may call me a dumbass but some of you may like it enough throw it in your routine. Give it a shot !
 
@curious777 Might be a good way to do ABCs 3x a week without getting killed by the squat volume. Maybe just make it workouts A B and C instead of changing each set.
 
@dolomite1 The squat volume never got to me in the ABC, but presses have been a limiting factor. From what I understand (and per your comment) this is not the norm? Just wondering if anyone wants chime in.
 
@christian002 More in terms of recovery. The press is a limiting factor in terms of what weight I can work with. But doing 60-90 squats is what I'm gonna be feeling the day after.
