Is protein from turkey breast meat better compared protein whey powder?
In my county a 2.3kg whey protein cost about 80USD about 8$ per 100g which contains roughly 90g of proteins, about 0.089$ per gram of protein.
When a 1kg of turkey breast meat cost about 6$ which makes it 0.6$ per 100g that contains 29g of protein, that means 0.02$ per gram of protein.
I'm 65kg building muscle, I need about 110g of protein per day,
If I take it through whey protein then it's about 9.8$ (122.2 grams of whey powder)
When if I take if through turkey meat it get about 2.2$ (380 grams of turkey meat)
Logically turkey meat is natural and cost less, but is it right? is it better than whey protein powder?
