High protein breakfast that’s not tofu

Hi there -  I’m new to tracking. What is your favorite breakfast with 30 to 40 g of protein that is not a tofu scramble?  even before becoming vegan, I didn’t like scrambled eggs.
(Or even eggs at all). I will eat a tofu scramble now if I have to, but it’s not my fave. Thanks in advance!
 
@deimante Protein oats with pb/pb2.

Chickpea flour omelette with toppings (could go sweet or savory).

Seitan or mock meat deli sandwich.

You could also look into tempeh if it's available to you.

You could try sneaking tofu into a variety of dishes, like smoked tofu in sandwiches, or softer tofu in baked goods. I also remember a YouTuber making dough out of tofu, I can't recall the details though.

Tvp is also extremely high in protein. I have a friend who mixes it with cereal for breakfast.
 
@deborah Are these my answer for a proteinrich breakfast? Don't really eat cereal but have you tried these in like oats, soygurt or something like that? How are they by themself?
 
@nowforever Lmao I know, right?! And the friend who invented it isn't even vegan, she just asked me for cheap protein sources and I suggested tvp. She later sent me a photo of her eating it with cereal for breakfast.
