Hey guys I’d appreciate it if you could critique my split. I’m 17 and I’ve had a lot more time recently to focus on working out so I’d appreciate it if you could help out.
@kotoktok132 Yes, its a good workout plan (make sure you are able to recover well) also the last note you mentioned in “Saturday” that becomes important sometimes. I kept changing workouts too one in 3 months and then follow it for the next 2/3 months (if its gonna work) or else revamp it again and try.
