Like the title says. I’ve only had like 3 or 4 in my life (I’m almost 20; ew) and the one I just had being my 3rd or 4th. Had it around an hour ago. It’s always when I’m sleeping and I decide to stretch in my sleep or something. After it happens I’m always scared to straighten my leg and put pressure on it to walk Incase it comes back cause I can still feel where it happened. Now that I’m thinking about it, it always happens in my right calf. Anyways how do y’all recover from them and prevent them from happening in the future? I believe it happened since yesterday I did my leg routine which including one leg calf raises. I always stretch before and after.
