@jesiah Thanks for the response! Good point, I hadn't considered that the stretching part would require such long recovery times. I'll just do this once a week, and in the remaining days I'll rather be focusing on more supplemental and general exercises such as handstand and mobility sessions.
 
@jesiah Hey thank you for the exercises! I can manage to do Handstands for 10 seconds on average. After going up, when I take a second breath is usually when I tip over or under. I also manage to do it for more than 10-15 seconds on the rare occasions I am able to breathe and keep my core tight at the same time.

Do you have any tips for me?
 
@brooke127 No, I made this routine so that you don't need a handstand and you still move ahead towards the press. But yes to fully unlock the press you'll need a freestanding handstand.
