How soon after the big V were you back in the gym ?

@becksblue A few days, I think. It’s a very easy surgery.

Fun fact: mine hurt super bad while I was getting it done, and my doc casually commented that my anesthetic didn’t seem to be working very well.

Also, my dog got fixed that same weekend. I told my doctor that in the middle of the surgery and he started laughing so hard I got worried.

@becksblue Maybe like a week and just lift to tolerance. Probably closer to 8 months maybe a year for totally pain free.

@becksblue Yeah for the random pains to go away. They’d be few and far in between but still a thing.

@becksblue Four days back doing light weights, one week doing moderate weights, after two weeks I was pretty much 85-90%
