Increasing calories, cutting down cardio, letting a coach guide me

@baptistbiblebeliever Ty for both of your replies. It's just so hard to accept weight gain when growing up (90s/00s kid here) all weight gain was considered horrific. It's hard to unlearn. Additionally, I am not hungry that often, which makes it feel like eating more is not 'intuitive' and therefore a path to extreme weight gain. smh
 
@barlean I recommend seeking help for the body dysmorphia. You deserve to feel happy and healthy in your skin and not have to spend your time and energy obsessing about your body this way.
 
@barlean Imo, cardio is terrible for you. A little here and there is fine, but too much just stresses your adrenals. Especially young women of childbearing age. It's just not good for you.
