Is this a good split for a intermediate/advanced lifter?

2.Shoulders + arms
3.Legs + abs
4.Rest :)
5.Push
6.Pull
7.Legs + abs
8.Rest :),
Repeat 🔁
And cardio 2-3x a week
 
@nmfrye This is the split I’ve been doing changing from just PPL to help focus arms and shoulders a little more I really like it

Personally I only do 2 sets until failure with high weight around a 4-8 rep range with long length partials to really push the sets very fun! seeing very good progress aswell!
 
@nmfrye Is there any reason why you wouldn’t give them their own designated day ? I just see that on the second half of your week you’re doing PPL.
