Ive recently started the gym (1 month ago) and looking for advice on my training plan

Right now my plan is

M: Pull/Core

T: Legs

W: Push + Run

T: Rest

F: Pull/Core

S: Push + Run

S: Rugby + Run

I havent seen a lot of people combining pull with core, but is there actually anything wrong with it, and are there any other mistakes with this routine, any constructive criticism on how to improve would be greatly appreciated
 
@br4ndon21 There’s nothing inherently wrong with the plan you currently have. Without knowing more information (goals, time in the gym, etc), it’s impossible to say anything more than that. There’s also nothing wrong with combining pull and core.

That being said, if you’re recovering well and seeing progress towards your goal, great.

It’s probably not how I would program a plan for you. That doesn’t mean it won’t work. I say this more so to caution you that you will probably receive answers with conflicting advice or even telling you that it’s wrong and it can be easy to second guess yourself. Be patient with the process.
