Lost lots of weight over the past year (211 lbs down to 165) and the last bit of fat is frustrating. Need some guidance

@ericameeran I do one meal 6 days a week, & skip Sunday’s which is my “rest day” at the gym. Defiantly lower your carbs to start.

Edit: try to keep your carbs under 50/40g & increase your protein, cardio isn’t necessary if your lifting heavy
 
@ericameeran Lower calories by replacing some dense foods with loads of vegetables and anything high on fibre so that you aren't hungry. Hunger means your body will hold on to fat for a long as it can. It will fight you for every calorie with hormones otherwise that cause cravings and mood swings. But not if you keep the veg and fiber coming.
