Hi guys I’m kinda struggling here.

I’m new to working out and can’t seem to eat enough. I have no history of eating issues and I’m certain this isn’t the problem.

Mostly the day after the workout I’m getting headaches/lightheaded after breakfast~9 before lunch ~12/2, I haven’t had to snack before but I guess I need to start. Although I think I eat a decent breakfast.

Has anyone else had problems figuring out how to eat after starting working out? Tips for eating more/better? How to fit food into busy days?
