More reps with lower weight, or less reps with higher weight?

@ladyblue1 Doing a WOD is counterproductive for muscle hypertrophy. Just take a WOD for what it is and ask the coach for a percentage in order to get the intended stimulus of the work out.
 
@ladyblue1 For me if my technique isn’t there I go lower because that’s the most important thing to have perfected for heavier weights in order to avoid injury.
