My 2500 kcal $6 a day meal plan

@dianne46 I LOVE Soylent! I used it for over a year and ate almost nothing else. I felt extremely great and it helped me finally put on weight which I've struggled with my entire life. However, it is quite expensive compared to just proper meal planning like I did above and not nearly as healthy. While Soylent hits all macros and micros it isn't using whole foods like I do. While I felt great on Soylent, I feel even better eating actual food instead of just soy, oil, and a multivitamin which is pretty much what Soylent is.
