@seekingadvice24 I know that this is very location-dependent but is there a chance you could do your commute with an ebike instead of driving? It’s excellent low-intensity cardio and then it’s already integrated in your day (you don’t need to make time for it). Depending on the traffic it can be only marginally slower than driving if t all.
