Needing workout advice

I am 22 yr m. Currently 192lbs with a body fat percentage of 15 with a bmi of 26ish percent. I am wanting help trying to reduce my fat percentage so that I can get my 6 pack back again. The sole reason for this is to improve my insecurity about my body weight.

Goals:

Emphasis on leg strength/ size
Lean out and have a good core
Increase cardio endurance

P.S
I have tried several different regiments. I have a constraint of availability past 4 days a week to workout.
 
@daisyalice I found the jefit app to be helpful in creating a routine, as it can create an exercise routine based on your goals and availability. A calorie deficit is also pretty important when you want to lose weight like that. Good luck bro!
