I Exercise Mon Wed Fri full body. Doing my best with all knowledge I scoured in the depths of Youtube and more or less some articles.

Here is what I think a "Full body" workout Feel free to give me some suggestions I will deeply appreciate it My goal is losing fat and gain muscle, I'm trying to be more healthy due to my old eating habits I have a new superpower called Diabetes type II I'm in a caloric deficit and my macros, I got tired counting food macros and I just counted the calories. I just made sure I have enough chicken breast in my system.
