I’m a female, 4’11 and weighing 115 pounds. I use the Tonal for the following exercises. I start off with a warmup set and then 30 seconds each set three times.

What would be your feedback to the set of five exercises I began my post with?

*barbell chin-up
*barbell seated overhead press
*racked squat
