Please take a look at my exercise program

Hello,

I’m a female, 4’11 and weighing 115 pounds. I use the Tonal for the following exercises. I start off with a warmup set and then 30 seconds each set three times.

I do:
  • barbell bench press
    *barbell deadlift
    *barbell chin-up
    *barbell seated overhead press
    *racked squat
What is your feedback for this program? My goal is to lose weight and lean out. I want a body like FullyRawKristina’s:


I want abs like she has.

What would be your feedback to the set of five exercises I began my post with?
