Progress/Small Victory -- First Ever L-Sit!

Today towards the end of my yoga/calisthenics routine I just tried an L-sit on a hunch. Before, I'd been able to lift my legs fully horizontal from a standing position with my lower arms resting on arm rests, but I'd never been able to lift butt and legs at the same time from the floor.

I DID IT! Just for a split-second, and probably with wonky form, but I was able to repeat it so now that I know I *can* do it, I just have to work on good form and more controlled and longer sits :D

Also, this came at a time where I was so down from news that I cried twice during my routine so it absolutely came at the right time to brighten up my day.
