Question for those who don’t take protein supplements

@blueskies_wien Diet is nothing fancy. Just simple home cooked meals

Breakfast:- 4 Rotis with sattu mixed in the dough along with a bowl of curd and vegetables. 500ml milk after BF

Lunch:- Fried rice, 100gm Sprouts+ 50gms Chickpeas mixed with onion, tomatoes and chillies. 1 apple, 1 beetroot and some watermelon juice

Evening:- 2 bananas in the evening before going to the gym

Dinner:- 6 Rotis with 200gm Paneer and 500ml milk after dinner.

Have like 20-25 almonds throughout the day

@r86 I do count eggs, infact I eat 10-15 egg whites everyday. Milk doesn't have much protein. I also do not count bread and rice etc stuff. All are trace amounts.

@jimness Parents don't allow , I once bought Nakpro Whey Protein and they threw it in dustbin saying that it's bad for your health and kidney kharab hojayegi blah blah ,... . Anyways, they can't say anything while I am in college tho .

@jimness I had stopped taking protein supplements because I can't bear drinking it, I liked the taste but then I couldn't anymore. I have to finish it before it expires 😭.

@jimness I don’t take a protein supplement because I’d rather complete my daily requirements from whole foods. I’ve learnt how to do that and it’s going quite well.
