Recommendation for fitness app

Hi guys - 36(f) here. Just want to do some workouts at home with no equipment. I run every other day and would like to get in some exercises on other days in between. I also jump rope. Any free apps that y’all can recommend that wil help with this? I had fitbod but it’s paid and I had to delete it. Do let me know any recs plz. Thanks
 
@cc26 I think in your case if you don’t want a subscription then your gonna have to find a plan or program that is for home workouts with little to no equipment. They are probably around $40 for a decent one.
 
@cc26 Strong is the one that I use. It has a free version and a paid version. You can only have 3 workouts with the free version but it works out for me as I do a 3 day split. You can choose the exercise and it gives a description on how to do them. here I hope this helps
 
@cc26 I like Jessica Smith's home workouts on youtube a lot. I started following her workouts around 2020 and they were a lifesaver for me when everything was closed.
