I was pretty good at them when I was a young kid. Then I got fat when I hit puberty and stopped doing them. Until recently I came across an ascend/descend monkey bars near my daughter’s daycare and was surprised I could do them.
This straight one was at a random fitness corner I saw after a Muay Thai session and I decided to try again. I pole dance as well so I do have pretty good grip strength.
I actually enjoy doing stuff like these and playing with kids at playgrounds.
