S somanyblessings New member Monday at 11:41 AM #3 @antponetteoaks Second the 32 kg. I'm 5'11, 170#. I can swing a 32 kg for 30 reps 2 handed. The 24 kg will feel way too light.

V vigilant New member Monday at 12:46 PM #4 @somanyblessings agreed wholeheartedly. i’m 5’6” 150 and I use a 28 atm. hopefully 32 soon. 24 would be way too light to meet OP’s long term needs.
