Holy moly! That's all I have to say. What an effective 40 minutes. We don't have Lagree here but we have X'Core. I had no idea pilates and reformer pilates had a newer generation of workouts that really hits the major muscle groups.
I'm going to alternate reformer pilates (feels like it gets the deep inner muscles) with these Lagree/X'Core/Bodyrok/"modern" pilates classes and see how it goes. Thank you fellow PF'er.
And also thanks to those that suggested ClassPass in the same thread. ClassPass has a month free right now, that's how I got to try the class!
5'2" 39 y.o. SW 140, CW 132 thanks to people here sharing the TDEE calculator and using the MyNetDiary app to track calories. I feel so much better losing the pandemic weight! I feel like Legally Blonde, "Exercise gives you endorphins."
