So many women want to lift weights without getting bulky, but how many of us here *do* want to lift weights and get bigger?

@biblicalquality I want to be strong, and look like it. I love my 'man arms.' I'm not into bodybuilding, but olympic weightlifting has bulked me up (even while I was half sabotaging my progress by undereating). Now I'm eating to grow and I love it.

Last week my coach told me "you were never small to begin with, but in the last month you seem a bit bigger. Like more muscle mass, even though you already have the most jacked arms on the team. You look...healthy." This totally made my day/week, and made bulking/stuffing my face every night worth it.

She was quick to add the "not that being bigger is a bad thing - I'm not calling you fat!" but I was just like, "YASSS tell me I look bulkier. Validate meeee."

@mnemonik Same here! Like I said in another comment, I want to get really strong, no matter how I look in the end. But looking that way would sure be awesome.

These women look awesome yet I see so many people say that they look like men. Really sucks, I think they're beautiful and powerful looking.
