@countrychristian07 Also, I wasn't expecting anyone with more than a year or two of experience to respond to a forum with such low traffic. If VF has any specific program advice, please ignore anything anyone else says

@neelyowen Listen to who you want =) It should not surprise you though, kettlebells is a very small world. Kettlebell lifting in general is growing but the sport shrinks as fast as it grows. This forum actually has a relatively good amount of activity, it's not so low like you say.
@countrychristian07 I have only been using reddit for a few weeks, it is entirely possible that my idea of the activity level is disproportionate
