@countrydirt Thanks! I would definitely slow my pace and I truly doubt I could do 10 mins with the 32kg bells. I've only ever done 5 mins at 6 rpm with those bells and it was hell hahaha. My issue is that I train at home and need to fill the gap between 24kg and 32kg. Also I'm more overweight than I usually am and that is affecting breathing.
@r2d260 I'd like to get 9 per minute for 5 minutes because it would make me a MS in the 5 minute sprint for KB sport. But I'm a long way away from it for sure.
