Thoughts on short 20-30 minute workouts 6 days a week?

Say I’m benching 405 for 5 sets of 3 or 365 for 8 sets of 5.

My warmup would look like

135x5
225x5
285x5
315x5
335x5
Working sets 8 sets of 365 for 5.

My Bench program alone takes an hour lol then you have all the isolation accessory work.

So let’s say you’re doing your deadlift day

Whatever your top weight is, let’s say you did 3 sets of 5 with 315. all the sets you do before 315 were just warm ups and don’t count towards your working weight volume.

The stronger you get the longer it takes to warmup
