Unbearable flatulence for almost 3 months now

@chikkugtavc I am not a guy. I am not a weightlifter. But I roam around in these internet places and mean to start resistance training.

His background is a masters in exercise physiology and a passion to teach. At present he is a professor in Physiology and a PhD candidate in Molecular medicine, emphasis mitochondria.

He has more than two... videos on creatine. On the mighty app he and others will answer your question.

He speaks on supplements and feeding as well. When his science intricacies get over my head I just skim through that part. (and I was a biology major.

There are different opinions but I believe it is better to eat after working out = and working out fasted is good.
